Continuous Quality Improvement
Patient safety is a priority during an inpatient stay or an outpatient service. The CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) department works with the healthcare professionals to assure excellent care.

In addition, patients are encouraged to play an active role in their healthcare. Through the patient satisfaction survey process, the CQI department uses input from patients to improve the services that are provided at Salem Community Hospital. Your suggestions to help improve patient services are welcomed and may be shared with the CQI department by calling (330) 332-7244.
