The birth of a baby is one of the most cherished moments of a lifetime. To accommodate all the phases of birth, New Beginnings Family Care Center features Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Post-Partum (LDRP) suites. New Beginnings also includes a Newborn Nursery, continuous fetal monitoring, comfortable family waiting area and an electronic security system. NBFCC is pleased to offer additional services to meet the needs of new parents before and after delivery. They include: Family Education Program: Courses are taught by certified instructors and include Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding, Prepared Parenting, Infant/Child CPR, Sibling Classes, Parenting Refresher Courses, Cesarean Section and Grandparenting Classes. Breastfeeding Support Group: This informal group meets twice a month at the Hospital to offer support and encouragement to nursing mothers. It is lead by a certified lactation counselor. Nursing mothers who have had success are also invited to attend. There is no fee to participate and registration is not required.
