Columbiana Family Care Center
The Columbiana Family Care Center occupies the ground floor of the medical building and serves people of all ages, from infants through seniors. The newest physician office housed in Columbiana Medical Center, the Pediatric Care Center of Columbiana is located on the building’s second floor. Lab and X-ray services
For the added convenience of area residents, routine blood draws, x-rays, ultrasounds and bone density screenings can be performed at the Columbiana Medical Center. Lab specimens are processed by the Salem Community Hospital Laboratory, and the results are sent to the ordering physician.
Plain film x-rays of the chest, abdomen, extremities, hand and spine or routine head examinations can also be scheduled at this facility. Films are read by Salem Radiologists, Inc., and the reports are forwarded to the ordering physician. To schedule these services, call (330) 332-7300. Rehabilitation Services
A satellite office of Salem Community Hospital's Rehabilitation Services department is located on the building's second floor. The office provides a convenient way for residents of Columbiana and surrounding communities to receive quality physical therapy. For more information, call (330) 482-1341.
Mammography Services
SCH's Mammography Suite has also established a satellite office at the Columbiana Medical Center to provide mammography screenings. The mammography service provides a convenient way for area residents to receive reliable screenings locally. Knowledgeable members of the SCH staff provide support and reliable interpretation of your screening.

For the convenience of area residents, these locations also offer routine blood draws one day a week as follows:Salem: Wednesdays, from 7 a.m. to noon.
Lisbon: Thursdays, from 7 a.m. to noon.
