Send a smile to an SCH patient in just a few easy steps! Select one of the categories below to view a selection of FREE e-cards. Simply choose the card you would like to send, enter the patient's name and include your personal message. Salem Community Hospital, located at 1995 East State Street in Salem, Ohio, will print the card in color and deliver it to your loved one.

Cards are delivered Monday - Friday, during normal business hours, excluding holidays.
