At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto State Route 46
Follow SR 46 into Columbiana
At traffic light, turn right onto State Route 14
Follow SR 14 west approximately 10 miles to Salem
Upon entering Salem, Salem Community Hospital will be less than 1 mile ahead on the left

Follow State Route 14 east from Streetsboro approximately 40 miles
Upon entering Salem, turn left onto State Street
Follow State Street east through Salem, approximately 2 miles
The hospital will be on the right

Follow State Route 45 north to Salem
Once in Salem, SR 45 will be called South Lincoln Avenue
Follow South Lincoln Avenue to the State Street intersection
Turn right, or east, onto State Street
Follow State Street 1 mile, and the hospital will be on the right

Follow PA Route 60 to PA 51
Exit at the PA 51 exit and turn left
Follow PA 51 to the Ohio state line, where the route becomes OH State Route 14
Follow State Route 14 west to Salem
Upon entering Salem, Salem Community Hospital will be less than 1 mile ahead on the left

Follow State Route 62 east to Salem
Upon entering Salem, State Route 62 becomes State Street
Follow State Street east through Salem, approximately 3 miles
